All products available on our website have a 2 Year Warranty.
During the Warranty Period, if the products prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, we will:
(1) repair the product at no charge or,
(2) replace the product with a comparable new product or,
(3) refund the amount paid for the product, upon its return.
The Warranty does not cover any issues caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

Refund & Return Policy
Too big? Too small? Not exactly what you’ve been expecting?
You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days from delivery date, providing they are unused, in the same condition you received them, in their original unbroken packaging, with tags and marks intact.
Your satisfaction is our long-term concern and we want you to shop with confidence. This is why we provide guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described:
Full or Partial Refund if the item is not as described
If your item is significantly different from the product description, you can:
A: Return it and get a full refund or,
B: Get a partial refund and keep it.
Full Refund if the item is broken or the package never arrived
If the product or products you ordered from our website are broken or you never received the package, you can request a Full Refund from us.
A product will be deemed delivered to the client, a designated location, delivery point or representative of the client, including a member of the family, or any other person or authority entitled to receive the respective product. We use third-party couriers to deliver orders and we are not responsible for any third party acts or omissions including lost or delayed orders. Orders are sent out through regular shipping. You will always be refunded if the package was not delivered at the address indicated in your order.
Important! Please note that full refunds are not available if the address provided by the customer is incorrect. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping/billing address during the checkout process.
When returning a product, please make sure that it is in a perfect state, without scratches or signs of use, in its original box and that all the parts and accessories are included. Also please pack the product carefully so that it doesn’t break during transport. Once we receive the package, we will examine the product and if it is in a good state, we will process your refund. Otherwise please note that we reserve the right to hold between 50%-100% of your payment, in accordance with the product’s devaluation degree. Customers must pay the shipping fee when they return a product. All refunds will be released when we receive the package from you.

Please note that we require a valid reason for every return. In order to improve the Cartshine experience for our future customers, we need to know exactly what happened and why you don’t want the product anymore.

- Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States: 1-14 days
- Worldwide: 5-21 days
The delivery time does not include order processing, which usually varies from 1 to 4 business days or even more in case of high demand. Please note that in rare cases your package might be delayed for reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, local or global restrictions, strikes etc.
